A signing of their book, “Salt & Shore: Recipes from the Coastal South,” will immediately follow. A small stock of books will be available for purchase at the event. This event includes small bites and a specialty cocktail crafted from local and sustainable ingredients. Proceeds benefit South Carolina Aquarium Good Catch, which leads and encourages communities in support of local, sustainable seafood practices and consumption of responsibly harvested seafood.
